This diagnostic reads those strain patterns - where your system holds, where it gives way, and where it’s ready to evolve.

Most assessments capture self-perception. This one captures how your system behaves under increasing complexity.

It works across three independent signals:
1. Sound Environments
You’ll hear six audio tracks and choose the shape that fits.

It may feel unusual -  that’s intentional. Sound reaches the nervous system before thought. These choices reveal patterns you can’t access through reflection.

2. Shape matching

Shapes trigger instinctive pattern recognition.
The brain recognises form before it applies meaning, so shape choices reveal how your system organises information before the conscious mind edits it.

3. Behavioural signals

How you, your team, and your organisation respond day-to-day, under pressure, and during change.
These questions surface the patterns you notice consciously -  the ones that show up in decisions, meetings, and moments where things speed up or slow down.

Why this works

We interpret information in one channel and respond through another. By blending instinctive signals (sound + shape) with conscious ones (behavioural), we see how your system operates across complexity. When those signals align - or pull apart - we learn something meaningful about your pattern.

No "right' or "wrong" answers. No personality typing. Just the signals your system is already expressing.

This tool isn’t designed to make you uncomfortable - though it may feel unfamiliar. Its tri-modal design can’t be “figured out” from inside the diagnostic - everything becomes clear in the debrief call.
